At Clothes Direct we are currently not accepting any types of refunds or returns unless the item has been lost or damaged 

However, we do offer exchanges for another size if available or another item but we do charge a £10 fee for this 

 

To start a exchange or a return, 

The item must be 

Completely new and not worn 

Still have the tags on
